Some Nigerians say the government is not helping matters, and they have been sending mixed signals about the seriousness of COVID-19. The question is: Should the government stop all ongoing government activities that call for crowds? One of the activities is the registration of NIN.
What about testing? How easy will it be for people to wait in crowds for testing and is that not be a huge risk?
