Cheryl Apenosomi Alegieuno aka Somi is a Broadcast journalist and On-Air Personality with experience in Television, having presented The Gudu Morning Naija Show, The Koko of the Matter and produced Beyond Politics, a docu series; all of which aired on Wazobia Max TV.

A graduate of International Studies & Diplomacy, Somi is also a  Podcaster (Host of Decoupled with Cheryl), a voice over artist and events Compere with a passion for taking on socio-political stereotypes and influencing national conversations for the greater good.

Somi loves reading fiction, karaoke, shooting pool and is ultimately a homebody.
