Callers on Nigeria Info's #HardFacts say corporal punishment in schools does not instil any form of discipline in an individual.

Paul who caller on the show stated that corporal punishment in schools of which our leaders passed through, has not shown any positivity in the country.


He added that learning in schools in Nigeria feels like "a war zone."


Another caller, Kingsley stated that schools in Africa borrow such form of teaching from their religion.


According to him, corporal punishment in schools should be banned as only animals ought to be beating and flogging.
