The Inspector-General of Police, Olatunji Disu has appointed Olatunji Fatai as the new Commissioner of Police in Lagos.
The appointment was announced by police spokesperson DCP Anthony Placid, with Fatai replacing AIG Moshood Jomoh, who has been redeployed to Zone 2 Command.
The police say the changes are part of efforts to strengthen operations and ensure effective deployment of personnel across commands and formations.
The Inspector-General says the move is aimed at improving leadership capacity and overall service delivery within the force.
