The reason why the average Nigerian youth may be not so "refined" in the employment market today is because the people view university education as the only road to success.
This is the view of Dr. Andrew S. Nevin (PhD), Lead Economist and Partner, West Africa Financial Services.
Dr. Nevin, while speaking to Joyce Onyemuwa on the Sunny Side, says "there needs to be the transition of what is a fit for purpose education."
Furthermore, he noted that there is an urgent need to grow the "T" sector, which is a very useful soft skill.
