Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa reached 100caps for the national team against Cape Verde

After leading the side out of the dug out against Cape Verde, Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa reached 100caps for the national team, according to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF.)

And in celebrating the 28-year-old, NFF President Amaju Pinnick announced a cash reward for Musa, who is also Nigeria's top scorer at the FIFA World Cup with four goals.

Should the Super Eagles players always be rewarded and motivated with money? This was the subject of conversation on Game On show.

Group Head of Sports, Nigeria Info, Emmanuel Etim in his response described Musa as a "legend." He however, expressed fears as to
precedent with this gesture.

He said, "His (Musa's) soon-to-be-achieved feat is something we should celebrate. Does he deserve it? Yes he does."
