Socio-political analyst, Loveday Okere, is of the opinion that states that are known for cattle rearing can "exploit" the Anti-Grazing law to their advantage.
Mr Okere believes that if properly considered, the Anti-Grazing law will address the controversy surrounding the collection of Value Added Tax, VAT, and the self-sufficiency of Northern states.
He made this known in an interview on Nigeria Info's Morning Crossfire.
