The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board JAMB says the sale of forms for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and Direct Entry will begin on January 26.
The board announced the timelines as preparations for the new admission cycle get underway nationwide.
In a statement, JAMB said eligibility is tied to age, noting that only candidates who will be at least 16 years old by September 30 2026 will be considered for admission.
The UTME is the compulsory entrance examination for candidates seeking admission into universities polytechnics and colleges of education across Nigeria.
