FIFA has released “Goals,” a new anthem from the official soundtrack album for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, featuring Nigerian Afrobeats star Rema, South Korean pop sensation LISA and Brazilian singer Anitta.

The football governing body announced the release on Wednesday, describing the project as part of a wider musical campaign celebrating the global nature of the tournament.

According to FIFA, the soundtrack “mirrors the vibrancy and breadth of the global game,” serving as “a unifying platform where music and sport intersect, connecting fans, communities and sounds from around the world.”

Reacting to the collaboration, Rema said, “Three continents, one track.

"Bringing all our sounds together like this is a big moment for music on the world stage.”

Anitta also spoke about her emotional connection to football, saying, “I’m Brazilian, after all, of course I have wonderful memories tied to the tournament.

"It’s incredibly special to now contribute to its history.”

The release further highlights the growing influence of Nigerian artistes on FIFA World Cup music projects.

Earlier this month, FIFA unveiled “Dai Dai,” another official 2026 World Cup song performed by Colombian superstar Shakira and Nigerian Grammy winner Burna Boy.

Nigeria’s presence in FIFA music productions has also expanded since the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, where Afrobeats star Davido featured prominently in the official tournament soundtrack and performed during World Cup events.

FIFA confirmed that Rema, LISA and Anitta will perform “Goals” live for the first time during the opening ceremony of the 2026 World Cup in Los Angeles on June 12.
