A come from behind 1-2 win overCape Verde sees the Super Eagles of Nigeria top Group C of the Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifiers.

A Victor Osimhen first half equalizer and a Kenny Santos own-goal was enough to snatch victory for Gernot Rohr's men.

However, maximum points from two matches  is not enough to convince many on the team's quality.

Speaking on Game On, Nigeria Info Sports Analyst Anthony Dimwaka hailed the team's performance in the win calling it an "improved display."

According to him, coach Gernot Rohr "should be happy with the shift the boys put in."

In his own assesment, Chuma Nnoli who was full of praise of for debutant Ejuke Chidora, had a contrary opinion.
