Nigerian human rights lawyer, Abdul Mahmud says an extradition request by the United States will not in any way violate the rights of suspended DCP Abba Kyari under the African Charter.
Mahmud while speaking during an interview on Hard Facts, explained that Nigeria is a signatory to an extradition treaty with the United States.
The human rights lawyer however said that suspended DCP Abba Kyari has a right to legal representation.
