Former United States President Joe Biden's cancer has spread to his bones, with his son, Hunter Biden, describing the condition as painful and debilitating.
Hunter disclosed this in an interview with the BBC on Saturday, saying it had been difficult for the family to watch his father battle the disease.
He said Biden's cancer had metastasised to his bones and further, adding that the former president was experiencing significant pain.
Biden was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer in May 2025, four months after leaving office.
He has since undergone treatment and previously said doctors were optimistic about his prognosis.
Hunter also described his father as the centre of the family, saying Biden remained a devoted father, husband and grandfather.
