Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has officially defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All-Progressives Congress (APC).
Fubara made the announcement on Tuesday during a stakeholders’ meeting at the Government House in Port Harcourt, marking a major political shift in the state.
“This decision reflects my commitment to ensuring stable governance and aligning with partners who support the progress of Rivers State,” he reportedly told attendees.
