Fulham manager Alvaro Arbeloa has been fined £25,000 by the English Football Association for suggesting that match officials would not allow Manchester United to lose.
Arbeloa made the comments after Fulham's 1-1 draw with Manchester United in the Premier League at Craven Cottage in September.
United's Matheus Cunha scored an 89th-minute equaliser to earn his side a point.
The FA said the Spaniard acted improperly by making comments that suggested bias and questioned the integrity of match officials.
Arbeloa admitted the charge and was also issued a warning.
Fulham have struggled at the start of the season and are currently bottom of the Premier League table with just two points from their opening six matches.
