The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has apologised for the delay in releasing results for the second batch of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.
In a statement signed by its spokesman Fabian Benjamin, the board said the delay was due to the unavailability of its chief executive.
JAMB, however, assured candidates that the results would be released later on Sunday before nightfall.
The board expressed regret to candidates who waited for the release and thanked them for their patience.
It also reassured candidates of its commitment to a smooth and transparent examination process.
