The Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors says payment of outstanding 25/35 CONMESS review arrears has commenced for members previously owed by the Federal Government.
In a statement to members, the association said several doctors have already received payments, while others will be paid as disbursement continues nationwide.
However, NARD noted that payments for August are facing slight delays, with full settlement expected within one to two weeks.
The union assured members that it is monitoring the process and urged those still awaiting payment to report through their centre leadership.
NARD thanked its members for their patience, saying it remains committed to improving their welfare and working conditions.
