Tems to Headline Inaugural FIFA Club World Cup Halftime Show

Nigerian singer and songwriter Tems will join global superstars Doja Cat and J Balvin in headlining the first-ever FIFA Club World Cup Final Halftime Show, set to take place on 13 July at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

The groundbreaking event will mark the inaugural halftime show for any FIFA competition, highlighting the intersection of global sports and music.

Curated by Chris Martin of Coldplay, the halftime show will be produced in collaboration with Global Citizen and aims to support the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, an initiative that seeks to raise $100 million to enhance access to quality education worldwide, leveraging the influence of music and sports to drive positive social change.

The halftime show will be broadcast live to a global audience, underscoring the universal appeal of both the artists and the sport.

One dollar from every ticket sold for the FIFA Club World Cup matches in the United States will contribute to the education fund.

The 32-team Club World Cup will run from 14 June to 13 July in the United States, with teams competing in 12 venues and 11 cities.
