Bola Ahmed Tinubu has thanked Nigerians for their goodwill messages and support as he marked his 74th birthday.
In a message shared on X, the President expressed appreciation for the prayers and solidarity shown by citizens, as well as congratulatory messages in the media.
He also acknowledged his wife, Oluremi Tinubu, and Vice President Kashim Shettima for their tributes.
Tinubu said he chose to mark the occasion quietly, noting that it reflects the mood of the nation.
He admitted that reforms introduced by his administration have come with challenges but said there are signs of progress.
The President urged Nigerians to remain united and supportive, expressing confidence in delivering a more prosperous and resilient country as his administration approaches its third anniversary.
