President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Muslims across Nigeria on the successful completion of Ramadan and the celebration of Eid-El-Fitr.
He urged the faithful to remain committed to unity, empathy and service to humanity.
In his message, Tinubu called on Muslims to uphold the values of religious tolerance and extend kindness to the needy, regardless of faith.
The president joined worshippers for Eid prayers at Dodan Barracks in Lagos, where he reflected on the lessons of Ramadan.
He said the spirit of sacrifice, compassion and love for others should continue beyond the fasting period.
Tinubu also referenced his recent visit to the United Kingdom, noting the example of religious tolerance demonstrated during his meeting with King Charles III.
