The trial of suspects linked to the 2022 attack on St Francis Catholic Church in Owo has resumed in Abuja.
The case is before a Federal High Court following an accelerated hearing order.
A female prosecution witness testified behind a veil, describing how an explosion shattered her leg during the attack.
She told the court she later saw the body of her two year old cousin, who was shot dead outside the church.
Another witness, a retired security officer, recounted hearing gunshots and explosions during Mass and escaping through a window.
Both witnesses confirmed their statements to the DSS, which were admitted as evidence.
The trial continues on January 14.
