Osimhen Says Galatasaray is ‘Home’ as Arsenal, Barcelona Chase Intensifies

Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has strengthened speculation about his future after speaking warmly about life at Galatasaray S.K., even as transfer interest from Arsenal and Barcelona continues to grow.

Osimhen, who has scored 57 goals in 72 appearances in all competitions since joining Galatasaray permanently from Napoli, described the Turkish club as a special place in his career.

“Galatasaray is a true home for me,” Osimhen said.

“I have found a family here.

"This club stands for love, unity and respect.”

The 27-year-old Super Eagles star has been linked with several top European clubs, including Arsenal and Barcelona, ahead of the summer transfer window.

Reports suggest Arsenal have already made early inquiries, while Barcelona remain interested despite financial concerns.

Galatasaray, however, are reportedly determined to keep their star striker and could demand as much as €150 million for his transfer.

Osimhen also praised the club’s supporters, saying, “The Galatasaray fans are the best I have seen in my career.”

Despite growing rumours, there are currently “no negotiations” for an immediate move away, according to reports close to the player.

For now, Osimhen’s comments suggest he remains happy in Istanbul, even as Europe’s biggest clubs continue to monitor one of football’s most wanted forwards.
