The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu is seeking the support of former president, Goodluck Jonathan ahead of the 2023 Presidential Election.
Asiwaju Tinubu met with President Jonathan at the latter’s home in Abuja, accompanied by his running mate, Kashim Shettima and five APC governors.
The meeting is in continuation of the APC candidate’s nationwide consultation as the countdown to 2023 continues.
After the brief meeting, Tinubu was quoted as saying that he was on a courtesy visit to Mr. Jonathan, a former president.
