The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board says the printing of the 2026 UTME original result slips has not yet been activated for candidates nationwide.
In a statement by its spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, JAMB said the delay followed the completion of foreign examinations and ongoing preparations for the mop-up examination for candidates who were unable to sit for the main UTME through no fault of theirs.
The Board noted that the UTME is a ranking examination and that the original result slip contains candidates’ rankings, making it necessary for all processing and adjustments to be completed before release.
JAMB assured candidates that the printing portal would be activated once all procedures are concluded and said candidates would be officially informed when the slips become available.
The Board also apologised for the delay and appealed for patience and understanding from candidates and stakeholders.
