President Bola Tinubu will speak at the United Nations General Assembly in New York on September 24, according to a revised speakers’ list.

He is slated to address the General Debate on day two at about 8:30 p.m. local time (2:30 p.m. Nigerian time), though the UN says the schedule could still change.

This year’s session will host 195 leaders, including 98 heads of state, five vice presidents, 44 heads of government, four deputy prime ministers, 37 ministers, a crown prince, and four chairs of delegation under the theme “Better Together: 80 Years and More for Peace, Development and Human Rights.”

As tradition dictates, Brazil’s President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva will open the debate, followed by U.S. President Donald Trump as the second speaker.

Tinubu’s appearance comes a year after Vice President Kashim Shettima represented Nigeria at UNGA 79.
