While the fight against illegal oil refining popularly known as 'Kpofire' might be far from over, the attitude of some Rivers residents has been brought to question over their sincerity in bringing to an end the soot situation in the state.
This comes after a fire outbreak that gutted several houses on Wednesday, February 16 2022, in Ibaa Community, Emohua Local Government Area, was said to have started when a truck carrying illegally refined petroleum products in nylon bags caught fire.
