The Spokesperson of the Atiku Campaign Council in Rivers State, Leloonu Nwibubasa has denied any wrongdoing following an arrest order by the Rivers state government.
Earlier, the Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike had ordered the arrest of Nwibubasa and others over allegations of plotting to disrupt the March 18, Governorship and State House of Assembly elections in the state using armed thugs, and cultists in military and police uniforms.
Nwibubasa tells anchor, Ifiemi Andrew on Nigeria Info’s Morning Crossfire that the governor has no legal right to declare him wanted. Nwibubasa also said the governor’s arrest order violates a court process that shields him from being arrested for political reasons.
