The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has said the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System, BVAS, is unbeatable.
INEC’s Head of Voter Education and Publicity in Rivers State, Mark Usulor said this while responding to allegations of persons buying Permanent Voters Cards in order to manipulate the electoral process.
He told Ifiemi Andrew on Nigeria Info's Morning Crossfire that PVC-buying is pointless, and warned Nigerians to not allow unscrupulous politicians to deceive them.
"There’s no way you can beat the BVAS,” he said.
Mr Usulor further warned that voters should not be pressurized into doing what they are not willing to do, and explained how the BVAS would be employed during the 2023 elections.
