Rivers Politics: Allow Governor Fubara Focus On Governance -PDP Stakeholder

Amid the political crisis in Rivers State, Engr. Tams Ibuluya, a stakeholder in the People's Democratic Party, PDP from Okrika LGA, has called on the former governor, Nyesom Wike, to allow the current governor, Siminialayi Fubara, to concentrate on leading the people of Rivers State.

Engr. Ibuluya's response follows accusations made by Wike during a press interview, where he claimed that Governor Fubara is ungrateful and is attempting to dismantle the state's political structure.

Addressing these allegations on Nigeria Info FM Morning Crossfire, Engr. Ibuluya argued that Governor Fubara still operates within the political framework established by his predecessor within the PDP. He emphasized that the state's political structure is not owned by any individual, connecting its foundation to a former Rivers State Governor, Dr. Peter Odili.

Engr. Ibuluya urged the former governor to shift his focus to his new role as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
