
As organizations across the world mark Customer Service Week, CoolWazobiaInfoArewaKids has rolled out a vibrant lineup of activities celebrating the people behind its success, its staff and clients.
With the theme “Teamwork/Collaboration: Exceptional Service Powered by People,” the stations are using the week to emphasize that great customer service is not the job of one department, but a collective effort powered by unity, creativity, and commitment.
The weeklong celebration kicks off with Staff Day on Monday, dedicated to celebrating employees and reorienting them on the importance of compliance, teamwork, and excellence.
The day will feature an appreciation time, with CEO Serge Noujaim presenting awards to outstanding staff members who have demonstrated exceptional service and commitment.
The excitement will continue through Tuesday to Friday, as the stations open their doors for client tours, presentations, and live studio experiences across its brands - Kids FM, Cool FM, Wazobia FM, Arewa FM, and Nigeria Info FM in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja, Kano, and Onitsha.
Clients will be given a behind-the-scenes look at how their favorite shows are created, while also exploring new partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
Entertainment and engagement are also key highlights, featuring games, live artiste performances, and fun contests.
