CoolWazobiaInfoArewaKids FM radio group kicked off the 2025 Customer Service Week on Monday with a celebration of staff.

The group's Chief Executive Officer, Serge Noujaim, reminded the members of staff about customer service being the heartbeat of the organization.

“It’s recognizing that what our listeners, clients, and partners' experiences are the result of everything we do, every voice on air, every advert scheduled, every invoice processed,” he said.

Noujaim praised the collective effort of presenters, producers, engineers, digital editors, accountants, sales teams, and even cleaners, noting that “exceptional service is only possible when every team member plays their part consistently and reliably.”

The CEO also highlighted major achievements, including the Kids FM expansion to Abuja and Port Harcourt, the renewal of the EPL radio rights, and the creation of the Digital Desk, which he described as a “game changer” driving the company’s transformation into a digital-first brand.

Looking ahead to 2026, Noujaim outlined priorities, like strengthening communication, deepening advertiser partnerships, and embedding a culture of precision and accountability.

CoolWazobiaInfoArewaKids' General Manager, Femi Obong-Daniels, urged staff to embrace teamwork, positivity, and excellence in all interactions.

Obong-Daniels described the week as a time to celebrate the “true heroes, employees" who engage customers daily with patience and professionalism.

“They are the ones answering endless calls, replying to long emails, and smiling at customers even when it’s tough,” he said.

He urged employees to “choose solutions over excuses, energy over eye service, and results over reasons,” adding that everyone from on-air talent to interns plays a vital role in shaping the brand.

“You are the brand. You are the billboard. You are the broadcast,” he noted. “Even if you’re not at the front desk, you’re on the front line.”

The management also rewarded exceptional staff.
