Eberechi Eze made Premier League history on Sunday by becoming only the fourth player to score a hattrick in the North London Derby, leading Arsenal to a commanding 4-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur.

Leandro Trossard opened the scoring in the 36th minute, before Eze netted his first goal five minutes later.

Just 36 seconds into the second half, Eze struck again, putting Arsenal in control.

Tottenham’s Richarlison briefly sparked hope with a stunning 35-yard lob in the 55th minute.

However, Eze sealed the win with his third goal in the 76th minute, finishing from inside the box with composure.

Post-match, Eze, an Arsenal boyhood fan, calmly told broadcasters, “That’s a good one, man,” while accepting the player of the match award for his outstanding performance.

Tottenham manager Thomas Frank apologized to fans, admitting the team’s poor showing.

The defeat leaves Spurs ninth in the Premier League, while Arsenal now lead the table by six points, enjoying full bragging rights in North London.
