The CoolWazobiaInfoArewaKids group of radio stations is continuing its welcoming of media agencies to its offices as it marks the 2025 Customer Service Week.
After celebrating staff members on Monday, the stations took customer service week a notch higher on Tuesday, feting brand and media executives from Algorithm Media, Brands Yard, Nitro 121, and Fly Connect 102.
The media managers were invited to the stations' headquarters on Etim Inyang Crescent in Victoria Island, Lagos.
They were welcomed by the Chief Executive Officer, Serge Noujaim, the General Manager, Femi Obong-Daniels, the Programs Director, Prince Daniel, and the Sales Lead, Mojisola Odusola.
They also heard from the station managers of Cool FM, Nigeria Info FM, Kids FM, and Wazobia FM, who talked about what makes the stations the leading radio brands in Lagos and Nigeria.
After that, they toured the studios and were guests on live programs on Nigeria Info and Wazobia FM.
The media executives were treated to music, games, food, drinks, and prizes.
An executive from Algorithm Media described his agency's relationship with the CoolWazobiaInfoArewaKids group as "great."
"It's been great. I think the compliance levels have been fantastic," he said.
"As an agency, from where I stand, the relationship has not just been transactional, but there's been a lot of value."
"The CoolWazobia Group is one of the few guys I can give my job to and go to sleep knowing that I have nothing to worry about. Even if the house is burning, you guys will let me know the house is burning and figure out how to put out the fire," another agency executive said, praising the radio group's consistency.
The executives toured CoolWazobiaInfoArewaKids's new Digital Desk office, as well as the Clout podcast and music studios.
