Senator Ned Nwoko, on Saturday evening, posted video clips and fresh claims about a long-running family dispute involving his wife, actress Regina Daniels, and her brother, Samuel “Sammy West” Ojeogwu.
The senator from Delta State has been in the news over a feud with his wife, Daniels, and her family.
Daniels and her family are alleging domestic abuse. In the new clips to support his side of the story, he claims that Daniels’ brother, Sammy, is shown coming to his home and troubling his children and staff.
Senator Nwoko posted on X: “These videos show Sammy, Regina’s brother, repeatedly coming to my home and harassing my children and domestic staff, especially whenever I was not around. His visits were often aggressive and disruptive.”

He added, “This is someone I sponsored through his last two years at the University of Ekpoma. I bought his musical instruments, rented and furnished a flat for him in Abuja."
In the long post, the senator also disclosed that he routinely provided allowances to all members of Regina Daniels' family, including her mother, to whom he said he transferred ₦125 million in two years.
Senator Nwoko accused some family members of harming Regina’s recovery from drug problems.
“They would come into the house uninvited, sometimes forcing their way in, and would bring her the same drugs she was being treated for,” he wrote.
“Everything that happened that day was in my house, in my absence. Nobody was beaten, and nobody could have contemplated that.”
The FCT Police confirmed Sammy is in custody. Its spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, said a petition was "lodged against Samuel Ojeogwu and three others,” adding that he was arrested in Lagos under a court warrant and brought to Abuja for investigation.
Regina has reacted publicly, stating that she would return to her husband if that would guarantee her brother's freedom.
But she feared she would "get injected to be like a zombie, get locked up and raped in the house."
Others have weighed in online, with the prevailing view that Senator Nwoko is using his influence against the Daniels.
