The Board of Trustees of the Northern Christian Religious Leaders Assembly, Nigeria (NOCRELA) has announced the appointment of Prof. Suleiman Bogoro as its Grand Patron, and Pauline Tallen as the Grand Matron.
The announcement was made in a statement jointly signed by NOCRELA's national chairman, Archbishop John Praise, and its general secretary, Rev. Simon Dolly, in Abuja on Tuesday.
Bogoro, a former Executive Secretary of TETFund, and Tallen, former Minister of Women Affairs, accepted their new roles.
As Grand Patron, Bogoro will provide fatherly wisdom, spiritual guidance, and moral oversight to strengthen the Assembly’s mission to uphold peace, justice, and righteousness across Northern Nigeria.
And as Grand Matron, Tallen will offer motherly counsel, advocate for women and youth within the Body of Christ, and promote reconciliation, peace, and national unity.
Their combined experience in governance, education, ministry, and nation-building will greatly support the Assembly’s leadership.
The formal investiture ceremony is scheduled for October 2 at Dominion Chapel International Church, Area 1, Garki, Abuja.
