The Eko Electricity Distribution Company (Eko DisCo) has announced a scheduled three-day power outage in the Lekki district to enable network upgrade works.
In a notice to customers, the company said the outage will take place from March 13 to March 15, 2026, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily at the Lekki Injection Substation.
Eko DisCo explained that the planned shutdown is necessary to improve operational flexibility, enhance power evacuation and deliver better electricity supply to customers.
According to the company, areas within Lekki and nearby communities will experience power interruptions during the upgrade period.
The electricity distributor apologized for the inconvenience and appealed for customers’ patience while the improvement works are being carried out.
