The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially released the deployment details for the latest group of graduates, known as the "Batch A" prospective corps members.

Starting today, thousands of young Nigerian graduates can check where they have been posted to serve their country for the next year.

This announcement is a major step for students who recently finished their university or polytechnic education and are ready to start their mandatory one-year service.

To find out their primary place of assignment and the state they will be living in, prospective corps members are advised to log onto the official NYSC portal to print their call-up letters, which contain important information, including the location of their orientation camp and the date they are expected to report.

The NYSC management confirmed that orientation camps across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory are ready to receive the new members.

The three-week orientation program is designed to teach graduates about teamwork, discipline, and the different cultures of Nigeria.

Authorities have warned prospective corps members to be very careful while travelling to their various states of deployment.

They are advised to avoid travelling at night and to use only government-approved motor parks.

"Safety is our priority," an NYSC official stated. "We want every corps member to arrive at their camp safely and enjoy a successful service year."
