Searching For Oil Where It Does Not Exist Is A Waste Of Revenue - Policy Analyst

"Spending what little revenue we have to look for oil in places that it doesn't exist is a waste of money...

Political and Policy Analyst, Chief Andy Obuoforibo has raised concerns over a section of the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) that provides for the usage of a certain percentage of oil revenue for oil exploration.

Chief Obuoforibo made this known during an interview on #HardFacts with Sandra Ezekwesili.

According to him, "Spending what little revenue we have to look for oil in places that it doesn't exist is a waste of money we could have been used to diversify our economy so that the government has other revenue streams."
