I will sell my vote for N5000; Caller Tells Joyce Onyemuwa

As the Continuous Voter Registration starts today, Joyce asked listeners on the Sunny Side if they would be registering to vote in the 2023 general elections.

She found a couple of eager electorates including a 20-year-old “fresh voter” and a taxi driver willing to drive passengers to registration points. She also got a couple of callers who say they would not be registering.

An anonymous caller stole the show though when he said he would register but was willing to sell his vote for N5000. His reason? That’s how the system works.

Nigeria Info encourages you to register to vote in the 2023 general elections. You can register or update your information as the Continuous Voter Registration starts today. Simply log on to cvr.inecnigeria.org to complete your details.
