Adaora Umeoji has been named Zenith Bank's Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, making her the first woman to occupy the position.

In a statement released on Tuesday, Zenith Bank announced that Dr. Umeoji's appointment has been approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria, and will become effective on 1 June 2024.
